This Seller’s Deal Coach Package Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Oklahoma Corporate Acquisitions and Oklahoma Business Brokers, Inc., and Oklahoma Commercial Realty, Inc., and their affiliated entities (collectively, “OCA”), and the business and its owner(s) set forth below (collectively, “Seller”) and is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use as set forth herein.

The Seller enters this Agreement by checking the appropriate box in the form below as a  “Deal Coach” Seller receiving Materials, Services, Products, Tips, Guidance, Coaching, and Marketing.   

I understand and agree to the following:

As a Deal Coach Seller:

• • • • I will prepare and sell my business myself with the help of the Deal Coach Seller Package and receive a Sellable Ranges of Value Report.
      • The Deal Coach Seller Package Materials, Services, Products, and Videos (the “MSP”) includes over 25 documents and 20 valuable videos to guide me through the sale process.
      • The MSP is the intellectual property of and owned by OCA and its authors.
      • The MSP is for my own use only and I will not resell or provide it to others.
      • I will not be allowed, and will be prohibited from, recording by any means or methods, embedding or hyperlinking, or copying or storing any OCA or Deal Coach videos or video files.
      • When the Sellable Ranges of Value Report or MSP has been sent to me, I have received valuable benefit, and therefore my $500 payment for the Deal Coach Seller Package is non-refundable.
      • After payment is processed and the FSBO – Deal Coach Seller Package Agreement is confirmed the Value Report and MSP will be sent to me.
      • I will have thirty days of access to the Deal Coach Seller Package videos after the MSP has been sent.
      • OCA and the Deal Coach Seller Package does not guarantee any sale price or outcome.
      • My business for sale will be placed on websites to reach buyers without identifying me or my business.
      • OCA may push my business for sale opportunity to OCA’s appropriate database of contacts to reach buyers.
      • Contact information of buyers who inquire about my business will be provided to me.
      • I will provide OCA with the Offer to Purchase or Letter of Intent, and then I will receive the Deal Coach Bonus.
      • The Deal Coach Bonus MSP includes over 8 additional documents and 8 videos to help me navigate the sale to closing.
      • I will have thirty days of access to the Deal Coach Bonus videos after the Deal Coach Bonus MSP has been sent.
      • When I sell my business, I will pay OCA 3% of the sale transaction (a savings of up to 70% on typical broker fees).
      • I warrant that I am not a broker, agent, or professional who assists business owners to market or sell their business.
      • I have read, understand, and agree to the Deal Coach Seller Package Agreement terms and conditions and terms of use in its entirety.
