This Buyer’s Deal Coach Package Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Oklahoma Corporate Acquisitions and Oklahoma Business Brokers, Inc., and Oklahoma Commercial Realty, Inc., and their affiliated entities (collectively, “OCA”), and the business and its owner(s) set forth below (collectively, “Buyer”) and is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use as set forth herein.

The Buyer enters this Agreement as either “An Individual Buyer” or “Buyer With Entity Already Formed” as indicated below.

I understand and agree to the following:

• • • • I will represent myself in the process of locating and purchasing a business.
      • I will receive the Deal Coach Buyer Materials, Services, Products, and Videos (the “MSP”) which includes over 30 documents and 25 valuable videos to guide and coach me through the sale / acquisition process.
      • The MSP is the intellectual property of and owned by OCA and its authors.
      • The MSP is for my own use only and I will not resell or provide it to others.
      • I will not be allowed, and will be prohibited from, recording by any means or methods, embedding or hyperlinking, or copying or storing any OCA or Deal Coach videos or video files.
      • When the MSP has been sent to me, I have received valuable benefit, and therefore my $200 payment for the Deal Coach Buyer Package is non-refundable.
      • After payment is processed and the Deal Coach Buyer Agreement is confirmed the MSP will be sent to me.
      • I will have thirty days of access to the Deal Coach Buyer Package videos after the MSP has been sent.
      • OCA and the Deal Coach Buyer Package does not guarantee any business sale or acquisition or outcome.
      • OCA may communicate with me regarding prospective Sellers that might be of interest.
      • I warrant that I am not a broker, agent, or professional who assists other parties market, sell, or purchase a business.
      • I have read, understand, and agree to the Deal Coach Buyer Package Agreement terms and conditions and terms of use in its entirety.
